This policy explains what personal data DigiTracker processes when you use the website and the service, and why.

Data we process

  • Account data: first name, last name, e-mail address and a hashed password.
  • Workspace data: company name, workspace address, team memberships and roles.
  • Asset data: the domains, hostnames, dates and other details you enter about the assets you track. API key and license key secrets are never stored.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Purposes

We use this data to provide the service, run automatic domain and certificate checks, send the notifications you configure, secure accounts and comply with legal obligations.

E-mail delivery

Transactional and notification e-mails are delivered through an e-mail delivery provider acting on our behalf.

Retention

Account and workspace data is kept while your account is active. Notification history is kept for the period of your plan.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data using the contact details above.
